The owners and tenants of this manufacturing plant outside Nottingham approached Camillin Denny Architects to undertake a feasibility for the site. We identified the key issues of the poor quality of the site frontage onto a busy road and the mis-match of the external appearance of the building with the high quality of the furniture that was manufactured and exhibited in the site showroom. A range of proposals were put forward and costed to enable a suitable and affordable option to be developed further. The project has now been appointed in full and is developing towards planning submission.
