CamillinDenny developed the design of this landmark, mixed-use building for a prominent site on Hove seafront, East Sussex. The proposal for Medina House consists of eleven new duplex and triplex apartments, a restaurant and bar, and new office space. Responding to a complex context of varied scale and history, and within a Conservation Area, the building incorporates the ideal of achieving sustainability in a bold, contemporary design.
