The Sydney House Hotel is a boutique hotel in Kensington and Chelsea in London. Liam Denny was the design architect for the refurbishment of the hotel which included 21 bedrooms, basement breakfast room, ground floor lobby and bar and a managers residential unit at the rear of the property. The Grade 2 Listed Building required detailed negotiation with the local planners and conservation officer. Major structural openings were formed on various floors and air conditioning was provided to each room.
