This Grade II* Listed house in Belgravia was originally designed by Thomas Cubitt. Building works to Eaton Square started in 1824 with the foundation stone for the church. Today work has started on a major refurbishment to one of the large corner houses which was most recently known as 'The Irish Club'. It is being converted back into a single residence, including a lower ground floor swimming pool, living areas, terraces and bedroom suites.
